Initial project negotiations with the St.-Petersburg Development Agency and project coordination for the winning competition bid included conceptual design and Master-plan development and ensuing contract negotiation & contract management.  The Zenit Arena landmark Football Stadium was commissioned by Gazprom and its design a further development of Kurokawa Kisho’s Toyota Stadium.  With 68.000 seats (190.000 m2) the stadium will also function as a multi-purpose hall and its state-of-the-art design including a movable field and a hot air-inflated membrane structure retractable roof enable for a versatile use.
